Our Story

John and Katie Dyer formed the company over 20 years ago. It has successfully supplied specialist HR and Payroll project management services to both private and public sectors that includes Education, Central Government, Local Government, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Construction throughout the UK. Typically, these services have been used to implement solutions across a wide range of systems including MidlandHR iTrent, Zellis Resourcelink, SAP and UNIT4.

We discovered common and recurring shortfalls and failures in the services offered in the project management arena. To fill this gap, we developed our own unique standalone HR and Payroll delivery toolkit, logo, which works alongside recognized industry standards.

We took the decision to establish our company in Manchester and invest in one of the UK’s fastest growing cities. A Manchester presence enables us to be at the heart of the North’s budding tech scene, in amongst some of the fastest-growing tech businesses in the country.

We were inspired by Manchester’s people, culture and dialect, so we named our toolkit logo.
